Circuit Training Boot Camp Fitness Classes
in Newcastle-under-Lyme
Our boot camps are for men and women of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.
They are fun, extremely effective, include both High Intensity Interval Training and Circuit Training, they are inexpensive (only £3) and your first session is FREE!
There is no membership fee, you do not need to sign up or book for any of the sessions, just turn up and you only pay for the classes that you train in!
The general structure of each session is that it commences with a light warm-up and dynamic stretching, followed by a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT/Tabata) routine consisting of a wide variety of bodyweight based exercises, including push-ups, sit-ups, plyometrics, various types of explosive routines, skipping and more.
The second half of the sessions is based around circuit training using kettlebells, medicine balls, hurdles, suspension straps, battling ropes, focus pads, etc. Sessions usually finish with a good core/stomach routine followed by a stretch.
We’ll have you feeling Fit and looking Foxy in no time...
