About Us

Fit 'n' Foxy is a fitness based boot camp where you will exercise as part of a group participating in physical training that is designed to improve your levels of fitness (strength, speed and stamina) through a variety of different exercises. These exercise sessions will also increase your metabolism and burn extra calories aiding in fat/weight loss, as well as helping to make you healthier.

Fit 'n' Foxy exercising

Without the need for any contracts, induction fees, payment in advance or any other kind of membership, I offer people the flexibility to only pay for the fitness sessions that they train in, at the low cost of only £3 per session!

I beleive that you should enjoy yourself whilst exercising so that it never becomes a chore, that is why I try to make sure all my sessions are fun... so that everyone enjoys themselves and have a tough workout at the same time!!!

With over 20 years expereince instructing martial arts – both Kickboxing and Kung Fu – I have had extensive experience in helping people reach their peak level of fitness... as in the ring cardio is king!!!

What the different sessions involve:

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT sessions consists of three to ten high intensity bodyweight exercises that last for between 20 and 40 seconds with a short rest period in between.

Circuit Training
Using kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. to improve strength speed and stamina. Each exercise is performed for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.

Core Strength Training
Plank routines, crunches and other exercises to strengthen your core muscles - abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.

Boxercise/Kickboxercise
Boxercise/Kickboxercise combines boxing/kickboxing and exercise in a great fun activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy combat training without physical contact – suitable for all levels of ability. Find out more.

Stretching
Stretching is a vital part of any exercise routine as it gives your muscles the ability to lengthen, to expand and restore after exercise.
