Fit 'n' Foxy Boxercise

These classes are an easy way to lose weight, burn calories and get stronger. Knock out boredom and blast fat all over with the muscle-sculpting exercise moves.

As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Boxercise is a fun, addictive, safe, stress-busting workout, – suitable for all levels of ability. Boxercise/Kickboxercise combines boxing/kickboxing and exercise in a great fun activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy combat training without physical contact.

If you are looking for a fun way to exercise that combines total body conditioning with variety and increased calorie burning potential, then Boxercise/Kickboxercise is for you!

Why we love Boxercise/Kickboxercise:

1. Melt fat, fast
Burn an average of 500 calories an hour (some estimates reach 810). Combining martial arts techniques and heart-pumping cardio, these high-energy workouts guarantee to burn calories and fat.

2. Tone your entire body
Targets your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt in one workout. A typical class combines boxing/kickboxing techniques, High Intensity Interval Training and core strengthening exercises. By using kickboxing pads, as opposed to simply air boxing, you’ll burn even more calories.

3. Learn valuable self-defence moves
Besides the physical workout, the self-defence aspect is a perk for many people. We teach it with an emphasis on ‘this is why you’re learning this,’ ‘this is what you would use this for.’
